FAQs

Common Questions

Is this safe?
Yes. Every expedition runs with trained local Maldivian instructors, satellite communications, 24/7 emergency protocols, and a medic on standby. The challenge is real — the safety is non-negotiable.
Do I need prior experience?
No. We train you on days 1–2. You'll learn fire, shelter, water sourcing and fishing before the survival phase begins. Most participants have zero survival background.
What is included?
Domestic flights, speedboat transfers, full-board accommodation on the local island, all training, all core survival equipment, and a final luxury overwater villa recovery night.
How physically demanding is it?
Moderate. You need general fitness — long days outdoors, swimming, walking on sand and coral. Not an ultra-marathon. Not a holiday either.
Can families join together?
Yes. We run private family expeditions with adjustable difficulty (Discovery, Explorer, Survival modes). Minimum age 12 for the survival phase.
What happens in bad weather?
Our team monitors weather continuously. In severe conditions we adjust the survival phase location or duration. Safety always overrides itinerary.
